sylane table tennis club was formed in november 2009 and is based in sylane school tuam county galway liz travers a parent of pupils who attend the school asked m.a.t.t. if they could open up a club in sylane. the school principle sinead clearey and edward ditchburn set about opening the club.
the club now have five tables and is progressing along nicely with a team in the mayo leagues as well
